Wenguang Shao is a Chinese national living in Britain. His professional experience spans academia, diplomacy and media. Educated in China, the United States, and the United Kingdom, he has worked in Beijing, Hong Kong, the United Nations in New York, Washington D.C., and London, where he served as Managing Director of Phoenix Satellite Television Company for Europe until retirement.
